As an HR Manager at iSearch Solution Pvt Ltd, your role will involve overseeing and enhancing human resources processes. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles. - Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. - Employee Relations & Engagement: - Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale. - Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews. - HR Policies & Compliance: - Develop, update, and enforce company policies in line with labor laws. - Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Maintain HR documentation, including employee contracts, policies, and records. - Training & Development: - Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions. - Implement career growth and development programs. - Ensure accuracy in salary disbursements and benefits administration. - Performance Management: - Implement appraisal systems and track employee performance. - Develop strategies to improve productivity and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT/Digital industry. - Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and labor laws. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certification in HRM, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Relations is a plus.
