Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Account Manager in handling daily client communication and coordination.
Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
Prepare, maintain, and share
monthly performance and progress reports

Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and follow up with teams for task completion.
Support in managing client expectations and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Collect campaign performance data and assist in compiling presentations or insights.
Proactively identify workflow or communication gaps and suggest improvements.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Stay updated with the latest SEO or paid media trends relevant to client accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3–4 years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in
SEO
or
Paid Ads
(Google, Meta, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
in English (mandatory).
Proven experience in
emailing, client communication, and coordination
.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and campaign performance metrics.
Skilled in
MS Excel/Google Sheets

Google Analytics
, and other reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
