Key Responsibilities:

Partner Recruitment:
Identify, interview, and onboard high-potential
Channel Partners (Team Leaders)
from the local market.
Team Building:
Assist Partners in recruiting a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Business Development:
Drive insurance sales through the Partner network and achieve monthly targets.
Training & Activation:
Conduct regular training sessions for Partners and their teams to ensure high productivity.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure business retention.

Candidate Profile (Must Match):

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in
Insurance Sales
(specifically Partner or Agency Channel).
Education:
Graduation Completed (Any stream).
Age:
25 to 44 Years.
Skills:
Strong networking, recruitment skills, and "Go-getter" attitude.
Local Market Knowledge:
Candidate should have a strong network in the local city.
