Job Description

Business Development (B2B Focus) Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through branded content deals, sponsorships, digital advertising, and strategic B2B and D2C partnerships. Sales & Partnerships: Identify and secure corporate clients, media agencies, and brand partners to generate long-term value. Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with business partners, advertisers, and sponsors. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans while exploring new revenue channels and emerging markets. Marketing Strategy (B2B, B2C & D2C) Campaign Planning: Create and execute marketing campaigns targeted at consumers (B2C/D2C) and business partners (B2B). Brand Visibility: Boost the visibility of CricTracker products and services across digital platforms, PR outlets, and media channels. Audience Engagement: Leverage social media, influencer marketing, and community-driven strategies to grow user engagement and audience base. D2C Product Promotion: Strategize and implement direct-to-consumer campaigns to promote CricTracker’s digital products, merchandise, subscriptions, or fan engagement initiatives. Content Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling B2B, B2C, and D2C content that aligns with the brand’s voice and consumer needs. Qualifications Requirements: Experience: 2–5 years in media sales, digital marketing, business development, or sports/media marketing. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field. Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the digital media, sports business ecosystem, brand partnerships, and content monetization, and experienced in selling digital ad inventory, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and branded content. B2B/B2C/D2C Knowledge: Proven experience in handling B2B, B2C, and D2C strategies with successful track records. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to manage high-value partnerships and stakeholders. Multitasking & Ownership: Ability to independently manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables efficiently. Revenue Generation: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales analytics software.
