Role Description

  • Identifying new business opportunities in the Defense Sector.
  • Single point of contact for developing and generating new business opportunities
  • Participation in online & off-line tenders through various e-procurement sites
  • Development of short term & long term business opportunities
  • Develop and enhance marketing presentation, process and systems
  • Organize/participate in National events, exhibitions, and conferences, to generate business
  • Design and prepare new business plans with existing & new customers for Defence and Power Plant segment
  • Manage and develop key stakeholder relations with existing & new customers.
  • Analysis of enquiry, meeting with clients for pre bid requirements
  • Handling of all tenders from the Defense sector.
  • Preparing offers/ tenders/RFI / RFP/ EOI and delivering technical presentations to showcase the products that

meet specific customer requirements.

  • Analyzing potential threats and taking into account customer inputs for further activities and developments as

well as handling day to day activities of Tender.

  • Marketing & sale of Defense customized products and Stationary Power Plants.
  • Tracking the business trends and review of contracts.
  • Order closure and work with Contracts execution team till the release of the payment of projects.


Qualifications

  • Minimum B. E. Engineering / Diploma (any field), / Master's degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing, or a related field is preferred


Experience :

Min. 5 - 15 Years


Skills Required

  • Experience in Defense- Sales and Marketing
  • Prior experience in the aerospace industry would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to manage data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in creating business plans and executing sales operations
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with customers and internal teams
  • Good customer service orientation to address customer complaints and foster positive customer relationships
