We are seeking a highly motivated

Senior Business Development Manager

to lead client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives for our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling software development, SaaS solutions, and enterprise IT services across global markets.
Responsibilities :
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies
Requirements :
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT services industry
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and service offerings
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience with global markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.) is a plus
