The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, strategic planning, and team leadership, combined with an in-depth understanding of the industry and customer needs. Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities across IT services such as application development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and managed services. Build and nurture client relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and key decision-makers in targeted organizations. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that align with business goals. Develop strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to structure winning proposals and RFP responses. Drive pipeline development through outbound outreach, industry events, partnerships, and digital lead generation channels. Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with emerging IT trends to identify growth opportunities. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients in line with organizational goals and profitability. Report regularly on sales metrics, pipeline status, and growth initiatives. Requirements : Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 9 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B enterprise sales. Strong understanding of IT service delivery models (onshore/offshore), digital technologies, and enterprise IT ecosystems. Ability to work independently, handle complex deal cycles, and influence internal and external stakeholders. Experience selling to global market.
