Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end international sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Pitch digital marketing and web development services to global clients (majorly US-based).
Work on qualified leads generated by the lead-gen team; initiate calls, conduct discovery sessions, and drive client engagement.
Negotiate commercial terms, customize proposals, and ensure successful closures.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Foster long-term relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in pitching and closing deals independently.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, email outreach platforms, etc.
Comfortable working in US shift timings (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
