Job Summary

Senior Business Development Executive

This role involves high-level client engagement, strategic growth planning, and hands-on execution across lead generation, proposal creation, and deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

IT Services (Custom Development & Staff Augmentation)

  • Identify and execute opportunities for

    international IT staff augmentation (C2C)

    , resource alignment, and long-term contractor placements.
  • Pitch and promote services including

    web & mobile development, SaaS development, ERP/CRM systems, automation workflows, digital transformation

    , etc.
  • Handle the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Technical, Pre-sales, Delivery) to ensure seamless project execution.

Product Side (SaaS, Digital Platforms & Enterprise Solutions)

  • Position and promote Webito’s

    product offerings

    to SMEs, enterprises, and startups.
  • Conduct product demos, requirement analysis, and solution mapping for clients.
  • Build product-specific pitches, pricing presentations, and tailored solution proposals.
  • Identify potential product enhancement opportunities based on client feedback and market trends.


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience

    in international business development in IT services and/or technology products.
  • Proven success in

    C2C staffing

    , contractor management, and international resource alignment.
  • Strong experience closing deals across

    US, UK, Middle East, and European markets

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital technologies including

    web/mobile development, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI, automation, and cloud solutions

    .
  • Ability to analyze client pain points and offer tailored tech solutions (product or service).
  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets and measurable KPIs.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, IT, Computer Science

    , or related field.
  • Experience using CRM tools like

    Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive

    , etc.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as

    Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist

    , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Awareness of current

    tech trends, IT staffing models, and product-led growth strategies

    .
