The person will be responsible for: • Effective Communication with leading doctors of India via Phone calls or Emails. • Verification and Onboarding of Doctors as Users on Docplexus. • Manage and supervise all technical and system administration aspects of the community through our dashboard. • Support the Clinical Team for carrying out various Healthcare oriented promotion activities. • Serve as a primary contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and transparent communication on the platform with clinical integrity. • Collaborate with clients/doctors to execute community building strategies and related activities. • Engage with and keep the community active through proper community support and conservation on various platforms. • Build and execute clinical academic plans for various medical specialities on the Docplexus Platform. Qualifications Proven experience of interacting with doctors, medical associations, and other healthcare professionals Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Competency in Microsoft Office applications Stay informed of, understand, and analyze market trends Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire for Self-Improvement and learning Education: BDS, MBBS + MBA / Masters in Public Health / MHA Work Experience: 2-6 years (in healthcare) Location: this is a work from office opportunity based in Andheri East, Mumbai We are looking for someone who can join us immediately or within 30 days.
