Role Overview: As a Clinical Engagement Executive at Docplexus in Mumbai, your main responsibilities will include: - Communicating effectively with leading doctors in India via phone calls or emails. - Verifying and onboarding doctors as users on the Docplexus platform. - Managing and supervising all technical and system administration aspects of the community through the dashboard. - Supporting the Clinical Team in executing various healthcare-oriented promotion activities. - Serving as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and transparent communication on the platform with clinical integrity. - Collaborating with clients and doctors to implement community building strategies and related activities. - Engaging with the community and keeping it active through proper community support and interaction on various platforms. - Building and executing clinical academic plans for different medical specialties on the Docplexus Platform.
