We are a fast-growing platform with the pioneer of Indian sport Ajinkya Rahane as a brand ambassador.
The Business Development Executive will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners.
HUDLE partners are all kinds of sports facilities – whether privately owned or managed or located inside educational institutes or inside members’ only clubs. This role is based in Ahmedabad.
The BDE is expected to onboard sports facilities within their assigned region. The candidate must be an industrious, first principal thinker, integral in approach, and highly coachable. Leadership qualities and willingness to learn are highly desirable.
● Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partners
● Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
● Building business relationships with current and potential partners
● Giving App Demos, creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences
● Maintaining a database of prospective partner information.
● Regularly updating Sales CRM (Freshsales)
● Onboarding Sports facilities
● Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the number of partners
● Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences
● Maintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updates
● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities
● Closing deals and working with partners through closing pro
● Graduation in any specialization
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
● Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
● Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
● Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
