Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Senior Business Applications Administrator, with a specialized focus on Planhat and Salesforce Service Cloud systems. The ideal candidate will own and optimize Planhat and Salesforce Service Cloud as key business platforms for Customer Success. Drive technical execution—from system configuration to data integrity—while aligning platforms to business goals and user needs. Ensure tools are secure, efficient, and scalable to support operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own platform administration to ensure secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows—so teams work efficiently and make informed decisions.
  • Translate business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption, process efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and streamline stakeholder workflows.
  • Enable and train teams so they confidently use tools to improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain system health to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat (or ability to quickly master Planhat).
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Admin or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience integrating platforms with analytics/reporting tools.
  • Background in Customer Success or Support operations.
