Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Credit Modeling domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of credit modeling concepts, including RAROC, ECL, and various other analytical products, while also demonstrating the ability to simplify complex concepts for various stakeholders. This role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on credit modeling products, providing insights and guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Articulate complex credit modeling concepts, methodologies, and processes in a simplified manner to facilitate understanding among clients and internal teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the functionality and benefits of our credit modeling solutions to potential clients.
• Support the pre-sales process by collaborating with sales teams to address client inquiries and provide detailed product knowledge specific to credit modeling.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting credit modeling and analytical products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure product alignment with market needs and client requirements.
• Drive product enhancements based on client feedback and market research to ensure our credit modeling offerings remain competitive and effective.
• Review the initial and ongoing development of products and provide support to business development by preparing proposals, concept presentations, and outreach activities.
• Maintain and update trackers, review test cases, and provide training to internal as well as external stakeholders.
• Interact with clients in relation to assignment execution and manage operational relationships effectively.
• Coordinate with assignment-specific teams of consultants, developers, QA, and monitor performance to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance / CA / CFA is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Credit Modeling in a risk advisory firm or a bank, preferably with experience in Basel III and RBI Regulatory guidelines/reporting, Market Risk.
• Strong understanding of credit modeling methodologies, including RAROC and other analytical products.
• Background in Computer Science or experience in Product Management or Business Analyst roles is preferred, though subject matter expertise is paramount.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
