Job Description

Senior Business Analyst (BFSI / Enterprise Applications)

hands-on Senior Business Analyst

Experience

8 to 12 years
of relevant Business Analysis experience
Location:
Mumbai
(work-from-office / hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to
gather, analyze, and document requirements
Prepare and manage
BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications
Perform
AS-IS / TO-BE analysis
, gap analysis, and impact assessment
Act as a bridge between
Business, Technology, QA, and Vendor teams
Support
UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint execution
Drive clarity, documentation quality, and delivery discipline

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a
Business Analyst
in BFSI or enterprise environments
Excellent hands-on exposure to:
Requirement gathering & documentation
Process mapping & stakeholder workshops
UAT and delivery support
Working knowledge of
Agile / Scrum
methodologies
Experience working with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, Visio / BPMN
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

BFSI domain exposure (Banking, Lending, Payments, Capital Markets)
Experience working with
core banking / LOS / enterprise platforms
Exposure to automation or digital initiatives (not mandatory)
Certifications like
CBAP / PMI-PBA / Scrum
are a plus
