Senior Business Analyst

• Create and maintain a technology roadmap and strategy for Market Surveillance Technology.
• Ensure that Market Supervision business objectives are supported, and development teams are efficiently delivering change.
• Ensure that the technical quality of the reg-tech systems is continually maintained and improved over time.
• Develop applications with internal development teams and external/internal vendors.
• Collaborate with all functions of the company to ensure business and technical needs are addressed.
• Lead multiple agile development teams across multiple locations.
• Lead multiple Technology Product Managers responsible for individual reg tech systems.
• Manage engagement with external scale partners to ensure delivery against targets.
• Communicate project status, drive, and elevate decision making and help requests.
• Lead critical path work, schedule items, and escalate to leadership on potential risks and delays.
• Managing agile team deliverables, process, timelines, budget, and maturity.
