Senior Brand Manager

About The Role: We’re looking for a proactive and creative Brand Marketing & Communication Executive to support the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and connect with target audiences across key sectors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Assist in crafting compelling messaging across marketing materials, including website, social media, newsletters, and campaigns. ➢ Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media. ➢ Support the development of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, emailers, social media posts, and presentations. ➢ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and consistent delivery of campaign assets. ➢ Track competitor activities, industry trends, and audience behavior to support data-driven communication strategies. ➢ Assist in tracking key marketing KPIs and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. ➢ Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging with business goals. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: ➢ 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in a B2B or digital services environment). ➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling. ➢ Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email, and content marketing. ➢ Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.) is a plus. ➢ Excellent organizational and project management skills. ➢ A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
