Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful Senior Brand Executive to support brand communication, manage collaborations, represent Novella at client touchpoints, and co-own the client journey from first inquiry to post-delivery. You will work closely with the brand, sales, and marketing teams to drive client engagement, brand awareness, and offline visibility. This is a multi-faceted role for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and understands the nuances of luxury storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key touchpoint for client communication, relationship nurturing, and retention
• Coordinate with wedding planners, stylists, influencers, and vendors to build strong brand associations
• Execute offline branding initiatives at weddings, expos, or networking events
• Support sales pitches and design proposals that reflect Novella’s luxury tone
• Track leads through CRM and help in managing the client onboarding journey
• Manage client expectations across WhatsApp, email, and meetings with consistency and warmth
• Work with creative and marketing teams to ensure every deliverable is on-brand
• Attend high-value weddings/events and coordinate with the team on client experience
• Support brand campaigns and PR activities that drive buzz and awareness
• Collaborate with influencers and luxury platforms to bring leads and recognition
• Suggest new channels, collaborations, or activation ideas that align with the brand

• Have experience in client servicing, brand management, or offline collaborations
• Are naturally organized and proactive in communication
• Can pitch ideas, hold structured conversations, and handle tough timelines
• Are excited about the wedding, luxury, or fashion ecosystem
• Can multitask across weddings, shoots, and brand activities while maintaining quality
• Are fluent in English and Hindi, and can represent the brand confidently
• Thrive in fast-moving creative teams where roles evolve with the business
• Can take ownership like a founder and think like a strategist

Work Culture:
