Senior Brand Executive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business Management (Marketing)
3-6 years of experience in a brand marketing (B2C) role or a similar position
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with market research and Indian retail environment
Proficiency with project management & data analysis tools, design and presentation software

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify market trends, understand consumer preferences and do competitive product mapping
Help in developing the product roadmap and defining product requirements
Work with other departments, such as Sales and R&D, to align on product goals and ensure a unified strategy.
Gather and analyze trade & consumer feedback to inform product improvements and guide future development
Help track product performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and create suitable action plans to improve performance, by channel.
Create project plans and manage project timelines across functions, with ultimate go-to-market responsibility for all projects
