Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Business Management (Marketing)
• 3-5 years of experience in a brand marketing (B2C) role or a similar position • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with market research and Indian retail environment
• Proficiency with project management & data analysis tools, design and presentation software

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify market trends, understand consumer preferences and do competitive product mapping
• Help in developing the product roadmap and defining product requirements
• Work with other departments, such as Sales and R&D, to align on product goals and ensure a unified strategy.
• Gather and analyze trade & consumer feedback to inform product improvements and guide future development
• Help track product performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and create suitable action plans to improve performance, by channel.
• Create project plans and manage project timelines across functions, with ultimate go-to-market responsibility for all projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
