Senior Brand Executive

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, positioning, and performance of the brand. Your role will require a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, consumer empathy, and flawless execution. You will act as the custodian of the brand across various touchpoints such as digital, retail, product, and content. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the brand strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and consumer insights. - Lead end-to-end brand campaigns across digital, retail, and performance channels. - Collaborate closely with content, design, and performance teams to create impactful storytelling and creatives. - Monitor brand health metrics like awareness, equity, and NPS and implement initiatives to enhance them. - Work with product, R&D, and packaging teams to maintain brand coherence in innovations and launches. - Enhance retail and distribution-level brand experience along with shopper marketing efforts. - Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and category insights to drive informed strategies. - Manage agency relationships (creative, media, research) and budgets effectively. - Collaborate with founders/leadership to shape the brand tone and identity. Qualifications & Skills: - 5-6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in D2C, wellness, FMCG, or personal care industries. - Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and product launches. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and content development. - Ability to translate data into strategy including consumer insights, campaign performance, and category analysis. - Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills. - Creative thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.,
