Senior Brand Executive

As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development, positioning, and performance of our brand. Your strategic thinking, creativity, consumer empathy, and flawless execution will be instrumental in being the custodian of the brand across all touchpoints including digital, retail, product, and content. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer insights. - Lead end-to-end brand campaigns across digital, retail, and performance channels. - Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to develop impactful storytelling and creatives. - Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, equity, NPS) and drive initiatives to improve them. - Ensure brand coherence in innovations and launches by working closely with product, R&D, and packaging teams. - Drive retail and distribution-level brand experience and shopper marketing. - Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and category insights to inform strategy. - Lead agency relationships (creative, media, research) and manage budgets effectively. - Work closely with founders/leadership to shape brand tone and identity. Qualifications & Skills: - 5-6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in D2C, wellness, FMCG, or personal care. - Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and product launches. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and content development. - Ability to interpret data into strategy including consumer insights, campaign performance, and category analysis. - Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills. - Creative thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.,
