Role Overview
Beco is seeking a
high-ownership, growth-oriented Senior Brand Executive
to translate deep consumer insights into successful products and tangible business outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role
, not a passive brand position. The role involves identifying consumer gaps, building winning product propositions, and driving launches end-to-end. You will own
consumer understanding, new product development, pricing inputs, and brand execution
, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to accelerate Beco s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer & Market Insights (CMI)
-Conduct
regular consumer calls and research
to identify unmet needs, pain points, and usage gaps -Identify
white spaces
for new products, extensions, and improvements -Evaluate existing products to determine:
- What is performing well
- What needs improvement
- What should be scaled or discontinued
-Translate insights into
clear, actionable inputs
for: - Product concepts
- Pricing decisions (MRP, SP)
- Messaging and positioning
-Use insights and data to
drive decisions and outcomes
, not just presentations
New Product Development (NPD) - Idea to Shelf
-Own new products
end-to-end
, from concept to launch: - Consumer insight product concept value proposition
- Pricing inputs (MRP, SP, margin logic)
- Positioning and messaging
- Launch planning and execution
-Independently drive projects and maintain momentum across teams
-Ensure products align with
consumer needs, brand promise, and commercial objectives
Content & Brand Communication
-Develop
clear, consumer-first messaging
for products and campaigns -Shape launch narratives that drive
trial, conversion, and recall
-Brief agencies, challenge creative outputs, and elevate quality standards
-Ensure all brand communication is
distinctive, consistent, and growth-focused
Data-Driven Brand Management
-Track and analyze performance of product launches and campaigns
-Use data to:
- Validate strategic bets
- Course-correct quickly
- Improve repeatability and scalability
-Balance creative thinking with
strong commercial and analytical judgment
Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in
brand, marketing, or new product development
roles - Hands-on experience with
consumer research
and interviews, product launches, content development
and messaging. - Working knowledge of
pricing fundamentals
(MRP, SP, margins) - A
high-agency, execution-focused professional
who Moves quickly, , Pushes teams and projects forward, Operates effectively without extensive direction - Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
