JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXPERIENCE : 4 TO 5 YEARS

Ideation & Strategy:

• Assist Creative Director in making the marketing and salesstrategy.
• Present and brainstorm new ideas for sales and marketing.
• Assist Head – relationships in customer relationship management (CRM).

Measurable Deliverable: Marketing & Sales Strategy

Timeline Management:

• Make the marketing and sales trackers, align dates with all stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Hold weekly communications meeting to update all stakeholders.
• Make a tracker for vendors, ensure regular follow-ups to ensure they meet timelines.

Measurable Deliverable: Communications Project Tracker

Vendor Management:

• Make an exhaustive list of vendors as per marketing collaterals required.
• Make criteria for shortlisting them, choose vendors as per marketing timelines.
• Liaise with vendors to optimize collaterals as well as associated costs.
• Ensure all items are as per quality standards defined by Creative Director.
• Make a tracker for vendors, ensure regular follow-ups to ensure they meet timelines.

Measurable Deliverable: Vendor List & Finalization, Vendor Tracker, All Marketing Collaterals

Content & Social Media Management:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Shortlist and implement the use of any CRM tools as per requirements.
• Liaise with CRM vendor once finalized to align them with our requirements and get the tool ready by pre-launch.
• Maintain a Clientele Book and liaise with CRM vendor to personalize messages to potential clients.
• Ensure that all important communication with the client is documented.
• Ensure that the correct message about Sanctuary is being spread out in the public domain.
• Find creative and engaging ways to reach out to clients (at each stage of the funnel/journey).
• Maintain a document for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) at each stage of the funnel/journey.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
