Join Outscale Partners as a Senior Associate Organisation Development and play a vital role in managing our performance management and HRIS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end execution of performance review cycles (Mid-Year & Annual)
Manage UKG (HRIS) system goal uploads, query management, and reporting
Prepare eligibility sheets, calendars, normalization & target distribution files
Coordinate across HR and business teams to ensure smooth process delivery
What Youll Need:
Graduate in any discipline
23 years of experience in Performance Management / HR Operations / HRIS support
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Additional Details:
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (India Time)
Both-side cab facility provided
Night shift allowance applicable
Location: Gurugram
