Roles & Responsibilities:

Visa & Immigration Management

Handle end-to-end USA visa processes (H-1B, L-1, Green Card), ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
Manage work permits for UK and Canada employees.
Collaborate with immigration attorneys to resolve case issues and provide accurate guidance.
Monitor visa statuses and notify stakeholders of critical deadlines.

HR Operations

Lead onboarding to deliver a seamless Day One experience.
Ensure complete documentation for new hires, including immigration compliance.
Maintain onboarding records and track background verification processes.
Coordinate wellness initiatives with external partners.
Update HR systems with visa and employee documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

Generate immigration compliance reports for HR and leadership.
Audit immigration documentation to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.

Employee Support

Act as a primary contact for visa-related queries and onboarding support.
Guide employees through visa processes and liaise with attorneys to expedite cases.
Maintain proactive communication with new joiners and stakeholders during BGV.
