Job Description

As an HRIS Delivery Analyst, with a primary functional application focus, you will be a key resource in supporting the daily operations and continuous improvement of HR applications, especially Oracle HCM Cloud. Youll work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs, with a primary focus on Core HR and Absence Management. Familiarity with Talent modules is a strong plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR and Absence Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage small-scale enhancements, configuration updates, and data corrections.
  • Support quarterly release testing, data audits, and compliance activities.
  • Assist in documentation, training, and user enablement.
  • Provide functional input and support for Talent modules (e.g., Performance, Goals, Learning) as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in engineering is required. Advanced degrees and HRIS certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s), is considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Proven experience in Core HR and Absence Management modules.
  • Experience in global/multi-country environments is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Talent Management modules is a strong plus.

Functional Knowledge

  • A solid understanding of HR processes and data, including Core HR, recruiting, journeys, learning, compensation, talent management, and absence management.
  • Experience supporting HR teams with system usage, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is required. This should include:
  • Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities & interconnectedness, especially Core HR and Absence Management.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (OTBI), including creating and running reports, and leveraging reporting capabilities to provide data-driven insights.
  • Exposure to Redwood pages and Visual Builder Studio configurations.
  • Experience training and supporting end-users.
  • Experience in contributing to cloud projects, for example: functional module implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Understand Oracle release management, regression testing & troubleshooting.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to work flexible hours on a shift basis, as needed, to support our global workforce and adapt to varying time zone requirements.
