Job Title:

Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline

Experience: 36 years (preferably in HR Operations / Performance Management / HRIS support)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the Performance Management and HR Projects function. The role involves managing the end-to-end execution of performance review cycles, providing transactional and analytical support for HR systems (UKG), and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders for HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management

Mid-Year Check-ins & Annual Performance Reviews:

  • Prepare eligibility sheets and create review cycle calendars.
  • Manage employee and stakeholder queries via mail and case management tools.
  • Handle all UKG system-related activities including goal uploads and query resolution.
  • Generate and maintain daily reports, target distribution files, and normalization sheets.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams for creation and posting of job descriptions.
  • Manage employee mapping for new job titles and ensure timely system updates.
  • Handle query management and maintenance of job structures for new and ongoing requirements.

Leadership Attributes Project – Transactional Support

  • Assist in embedding the Leadership Attributes framework into job descriptions and postings.
  • Support integration of Leadership Attributes into performance goals and UKG system modules.

Leaders & Other Training Programs

  • Prepare communication templates (invites, thank-you mailers).
  • Create and manage participant registration and feedback forms.
  • Coordinate with participants, assessment teams (Horizon), and leadership for scheduling.
  • Track assessment completions and budget utilization.
  • Prepare post-session summary reports for leadership review.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data mining and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and databases (preferably UKG).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Macros, Power Query, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS systems like UKG / Workday / SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Exposure to HR data analytics or process improvement initiatives.
