🔎 Job Summary

Workday Integration Specialist

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using

  Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs

  .
• Build and support

  custom reports

  with

  BIRT

  and

  Workday Advanced Reporting

  .
• Create and manage

  calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
• Test and validate integrations during

  Workday updates/releases

  .
• Maintain

  technical documentation

  and ensure

  data integrity, compliance, and security

  .

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  .

• 4–10 years of Workday integration & reporting experience

  .

• Workday Certification + Workday Pro Integrations Certification

  (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, JSON

  .
• Proven experience with

  BIRT

  and

  Workday Advanced Reporting

  .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  middleware platforms

  (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  Workday Prism Analytics, Extend, or Workday Security

  .
• Experience in

  Agile/DevOps

  environments.
