Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our team at Sterling Holidays, with 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote hotel services and packages.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
