About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of insurance policies, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting underwriters through efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end policy administration activities for North America Commercial Insurance business.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous entry, validation, and cleansing.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal service-level agreements.
• Generate reports and track KPIs to monitor business performance.

• Willingness to work in night or afternoon shifts
