The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work within Agile frameworks, collaborate across cultures, and drive analytics governance while maintaining a user-centric approach. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful products aligned with business objectives.Foundation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Contribute and execute in the creation of product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.Lead advanced requirements elicitation, documentation, and prioritization to ensure clarity and feasibility.Apply Agile principles to manage product development cycles and ensure timely delivery.Implement governance standards for analytics to ensure data integrity and compliance.Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and deliver value.Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigation strategies while maintaining cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with design teams to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences.Work effectively with global teams and clients across diverse cultural contexts.Required Skills & Competencies
