Senior Associate HR

Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:

• Provide assistance to the HR team and company’s management in HR matters for the complete gamut of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, operations, payroll processing, background verification, compliances and employee engagement and grievances.
• Smooth execution of established HR processes and data maintenance.
• Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee record both manually and on HRMS tool
• and verify all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with hiring manager.
• Maintain clear, regular communications with hiring managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing strategies, and facilitating end to end recruitment.
• Follow ups and ensuring the timely execution of tasks
• Assist with exit process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit interviews.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Filing of annual returns with regards to posh, maternity benefit, pf, etc.
• Build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Required Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-4 years of HR experience/knowledge (in statutory compliance, recruitment, HR operations and generalist role)
• Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills.
• Team player, proactive and positive attitude
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• A pro-active, enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a positive, helpful and productive manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
