Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to: Provide assistance to the HR team and company’s management in HR matters for the complete gamut of HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, operations, payroll processing, background verification, compliances and employee engagement and grievances. Smooth execution of established HR processes and data maintenance. Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee record both manually and on HRMS tool and verify all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date. Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedback with hiring manager. Maintain clear, regular communications with hiring managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing strategies, and facilitating end to end recruitment. Follow ups and ensuring the timely execution of tasks Assist with exit process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit interviews. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Filing of annual returns with regards to posh, maternity benefit, pf, etc. Build strong relationships with employees and management. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Required Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field 3-4 years of HR experience/knowledge (in statutory compliance, recruitment, HR operations and generalist role) Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills.
