Non IT Recruiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in education (teachers) and sales . The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills , and have a strong ability to identify and attract the right talent for dynamic, client-facing roles. Key Responsibilities: · Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders. · Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms. · Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements. · Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role. · Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback. · Maintain candidate pipeline and manage applicant tracking systems. · Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates. · Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. · Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in education and/or sales domains. · Excellent communication skills—both written and oral. · Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. · Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
