Job Description

As an HR Operations professional at Biz2X, your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle experience. You will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR processes to maintain operational excellence and support strategic HR initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Onboarding & Offboarding** - Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, background checks, and induction coordination. - Maintain and track joining formalities, offer, appointment letters, and employee documentation. - Complete offboarding process, clearances, and ensure all exit formalities are completed smoothly. - Capture insights from exit interviews and report key trends to HR leadership. - **HR Operations & Compliance** - Oversee documentation processes for employment eligibility, including ID proof, passport, visa (if applicable), and academic credentials. - Conduct and manage Background Verification (BGV) to ensure candidate authenticity and compliance with company standards. - Manage Mediclaim and insurance data. - Handle vendor management and consultant contracts. - Support and coordinate HR-related audits, such as SOC2, ISO, and other statutory/internal audits. - **Systems & Data Management** - Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS portal (experience with Zoho People is an added advantage). - Generate and maintain headcount dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and HR leadership. - Support system updates, data audits, and process automation initiatives within HR. - **Process Improvement & Support** - Collaborate with other HR sub-functions and cross-functional teams to support seamless HR service delivery. - Identify areas of improvement in existing HR processes and recommend solutions to drive efficiency and compliance. **Key Skills & Requirements:** - Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms (Zoho preferred), MS Excel, and data management tools. - Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
