Job Description

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional at Biz2X, your role is crucial in managing and supporting a range of HR processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle experience. You will be responsible for overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, HR operations and compliance, systems and data management, as well as process improvement and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, background checks, and induction coordination. - Maintain and track joining formalities, offer, appointment letters, and employee documentation. - Complete offboarding process, clearances, and ensure all exit formalities are completed smoothly. - Capture insights from exit interviews and report key trends to HR leadership. - Oversee documentation processes for employment eligibility, including ID proof, passport, visa (if applicable), and academic credentials. - Conduct and manage Background Verification (BGV) to ensure candidate authenticity and compliance with company standards. - Manage Mediclaim data and insurance data. - Handle vendor management, consultant contracts, etc. - Support and coordinate HR-related audits, such as SOC2, ISO, and other statutory/internal audits. - Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS portal, with experience in Zoho People being an added advantage. - Generate and maintain headcount dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and HR leadership. - Support system updates, data audits, and process automation initiatives within HR. - Collaborate with other HR sub-functions and cross-functional teams to support seamless HR service delivery. - Identify areas of improvement in existing HR processes and recommend solutions to drive efficiency and compliance. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms (Zoho preferred), MS Excel, and data management tools. - Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
