The care starts with a detailed health risk assessment of the population followed by personalized care journeys ranging from chronic disease management to wellness programs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Associate – HR to join our team at Zyla. In this role, you will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (70%) while also contributing to HR Operations (30%). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment but also wants exposure to the broader HR function in a fast-paced, growing organization.

How you will make an impact:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles across functions.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience aligned with Zyla’s culture and values.
  • Explore new channels, tools, and partnerships to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

HR Operations (30%)

  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Assist with HRIS management, data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Support payroll inputs, compliance, and other operational requirements.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

We are looking for people who:

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience in HR operations is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,280.77 - ₹42,558.48 per month
