Job Description

About River:

At River, we focus on design and livelihood to create tools for those who are independently carving a path for themselves. Our signature two-wheeler, Indie the SUV of Scooters, is built to be a dependable companion in getting things done.

We're a 750+ strong Bengaluru based team backed by marquee international investors, with mobility-focused funds linked to Yamaha Motors, Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, Toyota VC, Trucks Venture Capital, and Maniv Mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a compelling employer branding message based on the organisation's values & way of working, ensuring all outputs align with River's brand guidelines

Build and implement an Employer Branding calendar. Take ownership of all collaterals and timelines across multiple platforms

Create and implement company-wide communication plans that inform and engage with employees.

Oversee internal communication across platforms such as messaging, intranets, blogs, and social media.

Lead communication efforts during organizational changes and projects.

Be a part of all internal company events and celebrations

Track key metrics to understand engagement and optimize messaging for both internal and external audiences.

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Media, Brand, Marketing and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communications

3+ years of experience in driving employer branding initiatives and in structured communication

Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines

Well-versed in using digital and social media platforms

Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to solve problems and generate new ideas
