Job Summary

Senior Designer – Thought Leadership

You’ll partner with the Thought Leadership and Strategic Content team to design reports, presentations, and visual assets that make complex ideas accessible and engaging. This role blends storytelling, visual design, and data visualisation to produce work that looks polished, strategic, and on-brand across all formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reports, white papers, and insight publications for both print and digital use
• Create infographics, data visualisations, and presentation decks for leadership and events
• Develop and maintain templates for Figma and Adobe Creative Suite across social, web, and editorial formats
• Collaborate with writers and strategy associates to visualise complex ideas and statistics
• Support event branding including banners, backdrops, emailers, and invitations
• Develop visual standards and layout systems for recurring report formats
• Coordinate production for printed materials ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain a central design library and archive of layouts and assets
• Experiment with new tools and design approaches to improve creativity and efficiency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in design for strategic communication, consulting, or research-led organisations
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience creating layouts for reports, presentations, and event materials
• Strong understanding of hierarchy, typography, and data visualisation
• Familiarity with printing standards, export formats, and digital publishing
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts preferred
