Senior Associate - Graphic Design

As a Creative Designer at the organization, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external clients to understand design needs, deliver creative briefs, and discuss feedback. Your role will involve developing creative concepts, designing appealing layouts, and illustrations for various communication collaterals. You will create diverse materials like Publications, Brochures, Emailers, Website Content, Social Media Creatives, Infographics, and Environmental Graphics. Additionally, you will work on developing high-impact Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials such as Posters, Flyers, and Social Media Creatives to support Communications for Development activities. Motion graphics and animations for video projects to meet Marketing and Development Communication requirements will also be part of your tasks. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and staying updated on the latest design software and tools are key aspects of this role. Repurposing designs for cross-platform multimedia formats and maintaining design assets systematically will be crucial tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism/mass communication - Minimum of 2 years of experience - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Ability to visualize concepts creatively with the end user in mind If you are interested in this position, please send your updated CV to hr@balavikasa.org.
