Senior Associate - Graphic Design

As a Creative Designer at our organization, your role involves coordinating with internal and external clients to understand design needs, deliver creative briefs, and discuss feedback. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing appealing layouts, and illustrations for various communication collaterals. Your tasks will include creating diverse materials such as Publications, Brochures, Emailers, Website Content, Social Media Creatives, Infographics, and Environmental Graphics. Additionally, you will develop high-impact Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials like Posters, Flyers, and Social Media Creatives to support our Communications for Development activities. You will also be creating motion graphics and animations for video projects to meet Marketing and Development Communication requirements. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and staying updated on the latest design software and tools are key aspects of this role. Repurposing designs for cross-platform multimedia formats and maintaining design assets systematically will be crucial tasks.
