Role Description

About the Role

We are looking for a message-driven Digital Marketing professional who can take complete ownership of our digital presence across platforms. This role is not just about running campaigns—it is about crafting a unified brand voice, communicating our value clearly, and ensuring that every piece of content published externally reflects who we are as a company.

 

You will be the guardian of our messaging, brand consistency, and digital storytelling. You will lead content creation, visual communication, and channel management across website, LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

 

If you love shaping narratives, creating compelling content, and maintaining a strong, cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Messaging & Brand Communication


  • Own and articulate the company’s core messaging across all digital channels.
  • Ensure every post, page, visual, brochure, email, or campaign clearly communicates our value proposition.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.

 

  1. Content Creation & Management


  • Plan, draft, edit, and review content for:
  • Website (copy updates, landing pages, blog posts)
  • LinkedIn and Instagram posts
  • Email marketing sequences and newsletters
  • Case studies, brochures, flyers, pitch decks, and other collateral
  • Create graphics using tools like Canva or coordinate with designers when needed.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and clarity in all published assets.

 

  1. Digital Channel Ownership


  • Own and manage the website content and structure (collaborating with developers when needed).
  • Manage social media presence with a strong focus on storytelling and engagement.
  • Coordinate email campaigns end-to-end (content, templates, automation planning).
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the latest offerings, updates, and brand guidelines.

 

  1. Governance & Approval Processes


  • Establish and enforce a strict content approval workflow before publishing.
  • Maintain version control, content logs, and documentation for all marketing outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with branding, messaging, and visual guidelines.

 

  1. Publishing Calendar & Coordination


  • Build and maintain a monthly content and publishing calendar.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Leadership) to gather inputs and align messaging with business goals.
  • Track content performance and optimize future messaging accordingly (light analytics focus).

 

  1. Marketing Collateral Ownership


  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable:
  • Brochures
  • One-pagers
  • Pitch decks
  • Case studies
  • Product/service sheets
  • Ensure all collateral reflects the most updated messaging, branding, and design theme.

 

What This Role Is Not


  • Not a pure ads / performance marketing role.
  • Not focused heavily on paid acquisition, PPC, Google/Facebook Ads, or lead-gen metrics.
  • Not about running campaigns in isolation—it is about messaging ownership and brand storytelling.



Requirements

Essential


  • Strong command over written communication—clear, concise, and logical messaging.
  • Understanding of B2B digital marketing, especially for tech/IT services.
  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar tools) to create quick, clean graphics.
  • Ability to structure and maintain multi-channel content calendars.
  • Strong eye for detail, branding, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to independently create content with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing website content (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent).

 

Preferred


  • Experience working in a software services or SaaS company.
  • Ability to coordinate with designers, developers, and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO for optimizing website content.
  • Light analytics skills: engagement trends, email metrics, content performance.
