Hiring

Senior Associate – Digital Marketing

to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels including

SEO, paid ads, social media, and email marketing

Salary

: INR 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Location

: Remote (India) / Bangalore/Hyderabad/Delhi NCR preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Drive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
Manage social media content, engagement, and growth across platforms
Build and track email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Monitor performance metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and optimize campaigns for efficiency
Research industry trends and bring in new growth strategies & channels
Collaborate with design/content teams to deliver high-quality creatives and messaging

Eligibility

1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console
Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimization
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize spend
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
