Job Description

As a Sr Associate - Digital Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to direct online marketing strategies and enhance digital presence for the company. You will need to demonstrate a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership qualities while also possessing strong content writing capabilities to oversee the content production team. Your role will involve developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to ensure brand alignment and deliver high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: - Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in line with business objectives. - Define and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for all digital campaigns. - Content Development & Oversight: - Create and refine written content for different digital platforms as needed. - Provide guidance, feedback, and editorial direction to content writers and copywriters. - Ensure content is on-brand, SEO-friendly, and resonates with target audiences. - Campaign Management: - Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, and social media. - Drive traffic and conversions through targeted campaigns, A/B testing, and continuous optimization. - Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and content writers. - Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages learning and professional growth. - Performance Analysis & Reporting: - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights to stakeholders. - Utilize data to refine strategies, adjust budget allocations, and identify new growth opportunities. - Technology & Tools: - Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms. - Recommend and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Brand Management: - Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Identify opportunities to enhance the brand and engage with online communities. Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree or certifications are a plus). - Experience: - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven track record of developing and managing content strategies. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Marketo. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools. - Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics. - Demonstrated ability to drive successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Content & Writing Skills: - Excellent written communication and editorial skills. - Capability to create compelling, on-brand content and oversee a team of content creators. - Soft Skills: - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
