Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries and issues through non-voice channels, such as email and chat, and handle outgoing calls if needed for social media queries and escalations. The role requires providing accurate information, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : ï‚· Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat. ï‚· Handle outgoing calls as needed for social media queries and escalations. ï‚· Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies. ï‚· Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a professional and courteous manner. ï‚· Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. ï‚· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience. Requirement And Skills: ï‚· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. ï‚· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ï‚· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. ï‚· Familiarity with customer service software, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms. ï‚· Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. ï‚· Fluency in Hindi is a plus, as the role may involve managing customer inquiries in Hindi. ï‚· 2+ years of experience in a similar field. ï‚· Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays. ï‚· Availability for rotational shifts (day shift only). Qualifications: ï‚· 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. ï‚· diploma or equivalent , additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Preferred Qualifications : ï‚· Previous experience in handling social media queries. ï‚· Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms. ï‚· Fluency in multiple languages, with Hindi being a plus. ï‚· Experience working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
