Senior Architect

Job Title: Senior Architect (5-10 Years Experience)​

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 5 to 10 years of professional 

experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional coordination 

abilities and a proven track record in producing precise and comprehensive GFC (Good for 

Construction) drawings. You will play a critical role in taking projects from design development 

through to construction documentation, ensuring quality, clarity in every detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of GFC drawings across multiple architectural packages with 

minimal supervision. 

• Collaborate closely with internal design teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors to 

ensure seamless coordination across disciplines. 

• Cordinate  and proactively resolve design and site-related issues. 
• Interpret design intent into accurate construction documentation while adhering to project 

standards and timelines. 

• Review and mark up consultant drawings for integration into architectural documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws, and project-specific regulations. 
• Assist in quality control processes and document reviews prior to issue. 
• Provide support during construction phase as needed, including responding to RFIs and 

site queries. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on GFC drawing 

production. 

• Strong project coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. 
• Deep understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building systems. 
• Proficiency in relevant software: AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (experience with BIM 

workflows is a plus). 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple 

packages simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 
• Prior experience on mid- to large-scale projects.
