Senior Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects within our firm, with a primary focus on hospitality spaces. This role requires a strong sense of design leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior team members while ensuring design integrity and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Design Leadership: Spearhead conceptual design and development across multiple projects, ensuring creative vision aligns with client goals and studio standards. •⁠ ⁠Project Management: Manage all phases of architectural work from concept to completion. •⁠ ⁠Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. •⁠ ⁠Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, such as floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents, using industry-standard software. Qualifications and Skills: •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master's preferred. •⁠ ⁠10–15 years of professional experience in architecture. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Archicad and other softwares. •⁠ ⁠Deep knowledge of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and local building regulations. •⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. •⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •⁠ ⁠Preferred: Experience in hospitality design.
