We are looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects within our firm, with a primary focus on hospitality spaces. This role requires a strong sense of design leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior team members while ensuring design integrity and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Design Leadership: Spearhead conceptual design and development across multiple projects, ensuring creative vision aligns with client goals and studio standards. •⁠ ⁠Project Management: Manage all phases of architectural work from concept to completion. •⁠ ⁠Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. •⁠ ⁠Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, such as floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents, using industry-standard software. Qualifications and Skills: •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master's preferred. •⁠ ⁠10–15 years of professional experience in architecture. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Archicad and other softwares. •⁠ ⁠Deep knowledge of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and local building regulations. •⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. •⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •⁠ ⁠Preferred: Experience in hospitality design.

As an Architectural Draftsman at our company in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings. Your responsibilities will include preparing construction drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality project documentation. You will be expected to develop construction drawings based on design briefs, interpret structural and MEP drawings, and coordinate with various stakeholders to align technical requirements. Attention to detail and accuracy are key as you revise and update drawings to reflect design changes and ensure quality across all project documentation. To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 8 years of experience in architectural drafting, a strong proficiency in architectural drawings and construction documentation, and a deep understanding of building plans and elevations. Effective communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are also essential for success in this position.
