Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for complex architectural projects, from initial concept through construction documentation and completion.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and solutions.
• Review and ensure compliance with local zoning, building codes, and regulations.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and architectural presentations.
• Oversee project budgeting, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure architectural integrity and compliance during construction.
• Participate in project bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Stay informed of design trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies in architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed architect with professional experience, preferably 8+ years.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High level of creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
