Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
We are looking for someone from advertising background mainly for SPA Position - Contract
look for candidate from marketing advertising agency & creative roles, art directors, content writers who understands marketing space & understand what is their source mix with which they are able to close creative positions.
